The paddy rice industry is considered as a strategic industry of Vietnam that has became a culture associating with our traditional civilization. Since 1986, rice processing factories mainly providing white rice for exporting market have emerged in Vietnam, but uncontrolled development of the industry have damaged the natural resources, affected rice’s quality and farmers’ lives. To overcome that status, the project was designed and developed based on two main theses:
- - architecture traditional rice civilization of Vietnam, in which people, nature and agricultural industry harmonize and interact.
- - architecture associating with modern technology, satisfying global standards for rice quality
